 Abstract 

In recent decades, great efforts have been made in the Russian Federation to counter terrorism and extremism. A regulatory legal framework has been created and is being improved, endowed with the necessary functions or subjects of counteraction to these types of equal activities have been formed, a system of their coordinated actions is being built. The purpose of the article is to identify problems in the field of interaction between the state authorities of the Russian Federation and the bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation In order to counter terrorism in the Russian Federation. Without the problem of interaction between state authorities, bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of countering terrorism, it remains topical and relevant, requiring revision in legislation. The legislator can use the material of this article in the law making and law enforcement activities of three types of government bodies: federal, regional and municipal bodies in the field of countering terrorism.
